Kate and William Charity Work remained one of their life priority and routine as during their last trip to Canada they have done their duty of Charity and Donations there as well. As in the beginning of Kate Middleton and Prince William Canda Trip they played polo and hobnobbing with Hollywood's hottest stars.But afterwards the Royal Couple were off to a place where it's not the size of your entourage that matters but rather the size of your heart. Kate Middleton and Prince William visited Down-town Los Angeles Skid Row, an area known for its impoverished communities and large homeless population, a far cry from the Luxurious Belasco Theatre where they attended a film event on Saturday night. But nestled in that disparaged neighbourhood, is a beacon of hope for a group of very Special Kids. Inner City Arts, a Non-Profit Academy for youth whose families may have been plagued by homelessness and economic troubles. The academy teaches them to dance, sing and perform and more than that, gives them hope for a better future. So Kate and William Charity Work showed their love, care and sincerity for human being and a massage that they were, they are and they will be for the betterment and help to humanity. They not on did their Charity and Donation For Plagued people but they also given us the message to Do Charity and Do Donate even if we can afford a single Penny or a Cent. Their message was that in your happy moments don't forget about the people who are unhappy and living fighting with their lives and don't have a support to fight more with the hurdles in their life. So its our message to our blog visitors as well that please you as well Do Donate as much as you can to any Charitable or Non-Profit Organisation. Global Aids day- We heart finding a cure

Did you guys now that today is Global Aids Day?

A day dedicated to bringing awareness to our worlds constant crisis with the HIV and AIDS.

As of today, 3 decades into the onset of the AIDS/HIV epidemic, 60 million people have contracted HIV and 25 million have died of AIDS-related causes.

*more than 7,000 people contract HIV every day.

*Women account for nearly half of all adults living with HIV/AIDS worldwide, and 61% of those in sub-Saharan Africa.

*Africa has more than 12 million AIDS orphans.

* More than half of new infections are among those under 25 years of age.

These statistics are heart breaking, but it is so good to see them and be aware and face the facts that the world is bigger then our own problems.

Today is a great day to get out of yourself and help. What can we do?

Well, yesterday UNICEF released a report stating that "Halfway through a 10-year campaign to reverse the spread of AIDS, UNICEF and its partners are making significant progress in preventing mothers from passing the disease onto their children."

While this news is exciting and inspiring, so much more needs to be done.

We can all start with educating our selves on the facts about this epidemic.

We got to thinking...

"Why don't we do more?"

We are all so fortunate...can't we afford to do more?

The answer...YES we can do more!

Lending a hand, a dollar or two or even an hour of your time goes waaay further than you can ever imagine.

And guess what? You will probably feel amazing and renewed after you do.

Help your neighbors, America's animals, children in need or countries in need...do your part, do what you can.

P.S. You can also start your own "charity"- Collect clothing, blankets, non perishable snacks and water and pass to those less fortunate.

Donate money and time to animal shelters. Go through your over flowing closet and give the clothes to Goodwill or Out of the Closet.

There are soooo many things you can do to make a difference.

Friday: This week, give- don't get!!!

As we are sure everyone is aware, this Tuesday a major 7.0 earthquake hit Southern Haiti. This is the most powerful quake to strike Haiti in a century.

What you may not know, is that Haiti is the poorest nation in the Southern Hemisphere.

It seems that tragedy often strikes the nations that just simply CAN NOT recover on their own.

The devastation that resulted from this earthquake has left the people that survived, struggling to find their families and take shelter.

We know that all of you agree that you want to help in anyway you can!

Let's cut right to the chase and find out which charities are doing the nitty gritty work, and who will send your donations straight to the people who need it!

ber" Tweets and Facebook updates... Believe it or not, some of these numbers are actually scammers! If you want to use your texting to donate, please double check on line first that it is a valid organization you are donating to.)

First on our list of organizations is Yele Haiti

Started in 2005 by musician Wyclef Jean in 2005, Yele Haiti sole mission is to help the people of Haiti. This means they are already there, they have systems in place and can put your funds into action quickly.

We are big fans of Chairty Water, they suggest you donate to some of their partners for immediate relief.

Here is what Charity Water says about the quake.

An earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 7.0, shocked the country just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, collapsing buildings and cutting water and electricity services in Port-au-Prince and surrounding areas. Aftershocks of 4.5 magnitude or higher continued through the night and early Wednesday, thwarting immediate aid efforts for an estimated 3 million affected by the quake. Thousands are expected dead or injured and many more will be displaced with their homes reduced to rubble.

Already one of the poorest and densely-populated countries in the Western Hemisphere, Haiti has struggled to overcome the effects of a slew of rough storms in 2008 before this week’s disaster. More than 4 million people (42% of the population) already lack access to safe drinking water. Disasters undercut development efforts tremendously.

42% of these people ALREADY lacked access to clean drinking water! What situation must these people be in now? We have to do something... We all have to do something.

Doctors Without Boarders

Have set up tents and are helping to take care of the injured people of Haiti. They can use all of our help.

However you choose to give, please do something. Every little bit can help.

The Earthquake killed thousands of people, now the survivors need help staying alive. It is that simple, every minute is a struggle for these people right now.

MSNBC has compiled a list of charities you can give to, please do your research to make sure your money is going to the people who need it.

It is such a heart breaking event that has shattered the nation of Haiti.

Saturday: Bueno: Locks of Love: It only takes 10 inches!

Ok, so maybe you didn't buy our braids post a few days ago, or maybe you are thinking about trying out the Mia Farrow Look that Miss. Me was sporting way back in the 2nd grade. 

In any case, if you are going to drastically change your look in the near future, please keep Locks of Love in mind. Remember, nothing will put out those "What did I do?!" fires faster then knowing you have given a beautiful gift to a child in need.

Beauty-fuls: Cosmetics that do beauty-full things...

We all love to look our best, look in the mirror and say, "Wow! I look really good today!".  But what if we can not only say that, but we can also say, "Wow!  I did my part today, and it was super easy.  I would love to do more (and look like a hot as biotch while doing it)."

Well my gorgeous friends and bunnycats... now you can.  With our Mother Earth in a crisis along with our economy and world we have no choice but to make a change and difference.  But in the past it was not the easiest thing to do.  Now we can make a difference and its pretty darn easy.  Start here and build up to doing more...why not?  It feels great!

We were so moved by the recent Lush campaign we saw, we had to do this post and much more. We are not only going to try to put money into cosmetic companies that do good and donate to charities that help meaningful causes, we are going to keep donating our time and money to some of our favorite charities.  

While walking in ridiculously beautiful Santa Monica we saw smelled this amazing hand cream by Lush Cosmetics. (the black packaging alone from this store drives us to empty our wallets) The black pot of yumminess was called, Charity Pot body lotion...

It smells divine and softens even a sailors mitts and body.  Imagine how excited we became when we noticed that the retail proceeds go to one of the many great charities they partner with!

Now as our closest friends know, we are OBSESSED with animals!  So as soon as we laid our eyes on this soap we about died!  Look at that face!!!   How can we save that incredible angel?  

Oh...by buying a lime/lavender/coconut 100% natural soap???  Um... hmmm ...YES PLEASE!

Now take heed.. if you are like us, you may want to wear waterproof mascara when you read what it is they do to these stunning and innocent creatures.  Its barbaric and beyond insane.  
That said, please honor these angels by reading it and maybe signing a petition or 3 and smelling good by buying a helpful soap or lotion in the process.

Leave it to the ridiculously, crazy-gorgeous EcoBeauty that is Josie Maran to come out with an amazing facial oil from Morocco, that not only helps the skin glow, firm up and stay uber hydrated but helps out the community it comes from as well.   Josie's Argan Oil is organic and is purchased from a cooperative of women in Morocco.  The sale of each product helps to support their social and economic welfare.  (uggghhh I hate her!  but in the best way possible!)

Stella McCartney (yes Sir Paul's daughter) has always been a friend to the furry creatures.  And now she created a skin care line that helps our environment and our skin!  Score!

Her line Care is so natural and organic, the entire process is carefully watched from beginning to end.  

Now you may be saying "But T-W-H gals, I thought you said this post was about cosmetics and charity?"  Well sweet nuggets...having fully recycled and recyclable packaging, as well as 100% natural/organic ingredients and total control over the origin or each ingredient is, in its own super sweet way, a charitable donation to our environment and skin.

Ok, so... body wash- √.... soap- √...skincare- √ now all we need for our Charitable/Eco makeover is a lil' paint... I present one of the originals... one of the first forward thinking charitable companies... MAC.  

Yuppers.. that MAC...

     MAC launched its Viva Glam line in  1984 and the proceeds from the sale each piece (6 lipstick shades and 2 glosses) goes towards the M.A.C Aids fund.
