Heart Shaped Gemstone Engagement Ring of Katie Price

So, this is the third gemstone engagement ring to adorn the ring finger of 33-year-old Katie Price. If you think it is a Christmas cracker or something from a Barbie accessories set, look at it twice it is Katie PINK heart-shaped diamond engagement ring from Leandro Penna.

  Katie Price

The actress was flashing this bling thing as she left London's Aura nightclub last night. As for the details this ring has a centre stone cut in the heart-shape which is surrounded by smaller diamonds. Recently a magazine has run a story that the pink ring is not Katie's actual engagement ring rather but was in fact borrowed from a friend.

However the way Katie was showing off the bauble it seemed to be the real thing though we have no official confirmation as to whether it is borrowed or not. As for the dress for her night out,the glamour model opted for a interesting Couture T-shirt. It was the emblazoned slogan 'Wild Thing' that said it all and she paired it with a tiny pair of black hotpants along thigh-high boots.

Ring was not the only heart shaped accessory Katie teamed her outfit with a heart-shaped necklace. Reprts are that despite being engaged, the couple is in no rush to walk down the aisle. Katie, who is divorced from Peter Andre and Alex Reid, recently made a statement that she share the knack of falling in love so fast and deep with Liz Taylor. Even her enormous engagement rings show that she share love of gemstone jewelry also with Taylor.

As for the success of the third marriage, after announcing the happy news of her engagement, she wrote in her column in the Sunday Sun newspaper: 'Husband number three? Will it last? I'm not surprised by people's reactions. However, Katie said she is in no rush to wed Leandro, adding: 'We haven't set a date yet and, for now, I just feel like a lucky girl to have his engagement ring on my finger. We wish her all the luck and three is said to be a lucky number.

Nicole certified as a great MOM by her daughter Isabella Cruise

With Mother’s Day 2012 just couple of days away everyone is thinking and talking about their moms and here we have a celebrity kid telling us how much she loves her mom. Isabella Cruise is the daughter of two of the most famous stars in the world but so far she has always kept quiet about her private life, though we came to know about her beau and her desired diamond engagement ring in January this year.

The latest news is that the young artist has reunited with her adoptive mother Nicole Kidman. After her parents’ divorce the normally private 19-year-old has not appeared in public with her famous Australian mother. However, in her latest interview the celebrity kid has stated that she does not have a strained relationship with her mother. She said that she loves her mom and that Nicole is her mom. She's great and she does see Nicole sometimes and even speak to her.

Nicole is currently in East Lothian, Scotland, filming scenes for new movie The Railway Man and Isabella and her beau Eddie Frencher, 23, are  living in a small apartment in Downtown Los Angeles' notorious Skid row district. They have been dating for some time but kept their relationship under wraps for months and rumors are that the happy couple is all set to announce their engagement soon. So, we are eagerly waiting to have a look at their gemstone engagement ring.

Gemstone Jewelry as A Diamond Alternative

Gemstone Jewelry as A Diamond Alternative the most wonderful thing about jewelry is that they are available with so much variation where each kind strikes you with its full on and spectacular beauty. There is so much one can say about the different kinds of jewelry but let’s just start with saying that it is in this variation that the desire to accumulate and flaunt more and more jewelry lies. So you can hardly blame women when they keep adding the various jewelry pieces to their personal jewelry collection for who can possibly resist the uniqueness of each piece.
The other good thing about this is that jewelry gives one various options and alternatives to select from. So one can choose a piece based on things ranging from one’s personal taste and preference, the latest styles and trends as well as the budget one thinks of spending on a particular piece. So although you are someone who is in love with the dazzle of diamonds but for some reason is unable to attain the fascinating diamond jewelry then no worries for colored gemstones are a perfect alternate with their vibrant glitter.
The most wonderful quality of colored gemstones is that they are available in a wide spectrum of colors. And each has a look and appeal that is unique. So from the sensuous blue sapphires, the rich red rubies, the evergreen emeralds, the lovely violet tanzanites, the sunny citrines or the alluring aquamarines each gemstone has a beauty that is true to its own which urges one to indulge in gemstone jewelry in most of these wonderful and vivid gemstones.
Colored gemstones are also a lot more reasonably priced than their more expensive and sparkling counterparts the forever diamonds. Due to this affordable nature of gemstones they often prove to be a much more reasonably priced yet beautiful alternative to diamond jewelry. There is one more amazing aspect of gemstones where a few of them bear a close resemblance to diamonds but one thing needs mention here and that is diamonds are diamonds in all their splendor and exquisiteness, however a few gemstones that are white in color could be a good choice instead of diamonds, white sapphires being one such example.
So if you are someone who is in love with jewelry and enjoys experimentation then it is time to shift from the dizzy dazzle of diamond jewelry and experiment with the wonderful colors that belong exclusively to gemstone jewelry alone.

How to design your own dream engagement ring?

Design Jewelry copy
If you are planning to design your own engagement ring, the following steps will help you get the ring you desire.
1. Decide the ring style. Find out what would your to-be-bride prefer. Does she prefer traditional or modern, elaborate or subtle, feminine or stylish? Ask her family and friends for hint. Also look at her current wardrobe. You are sure to find clues to her style.
2. Consider the type of metal you want in your ring. Engagement rings are mostly made either in gold or platinum. In gold the popular choices are yellow gold and white gold in 18k or 14k gold purity. Platinum is more expensive than gold.
3. Choose the setting. Classic prongs is one of the most preferred settings for engagement rings. Other popular settings are bezel setting, tulip setting, pave setting and more modern styles include semi-bezel setting, tension setting amongst others.
4. Decide upon the design. Do you want a solitaire ring or a more elaborate setting with side stones? You can choose from solitaires, five-stone rings, three-stone rings or solitaires with accent stones.
5. Select the center stone. Think beyond diamonds. Colored gemstones like sapphire, emerald and ruby are the latest trend in engagement rings. For a more thoughtful ring, you can get your engagement ring with your fiancĂ©’s birthstone.
6. Once you’ve decided upon the center stone, think of the shape of the stone. Round, princess and asscher are amongst the most popular choices. Other options are emerald, marquise, pear oval, radiant, and heart.
7. Once you have finalized all the aspects of the ring, match each of the aspects with the amount you are willing to spend. This will help you cut down on your choices and select your perfect ring.
8. Now when you know what you want log in to a website that allows you to customize your engagement ring. Plan a romantic proposal and you are good to go. Congratulations!
